付桂芳，女，满族，吉林省松原市人。
心理学教授、研究生导师、吉林大学心理学博士、苏黎世大学和昆士兰大学访问学者、国家二级心理咨询师、国家心理咨询师高级考评员、广东外语外贸大学教学名师，曾任社会与公共管理学院副院长。
中国心理学会社会心理学专业委员会、文化心理学专业委员会、生态与环境专业委员会委员；中国心理卫生协会职业心理健康促进专业委员会委员；广东省本科高校心理学类专业教学指导委员会委员；广东省心理咨询师协会副会长。
本、硕、博期间一直学习心理学，从事心理学教学、科研工作20年，主要研究领域为社会心理与服务、社会心态与心理健康、管理心理与情绪调节、等；主持国家社科基金、教育部留学回归基金、广东省哲学社科科学、广东省软科学、广东省教育厅思想政治专项、省级教改项目、省级教学团队、省级精品资源共享课、省级专业综合改革试点等省部级及以上纵向课题近10项；主持心理健康、压力应对、EAP等横向项目10余项；在《International Journal of Psychological Studies》《心理学报》等杂志发表论文60余篇，出版专著1部，参编教材3部。
主要专业方向：社会心理与服务、管理心理与心理健康、教育心理与认知发展、思想政治教育心理。
主要研究领域：社会心态与心理健康、情绪与自我控制、自我调节学习理论与应用、手机成瘾、社会心理服务；思想政治教育心理、胜任力、情绪劳动、领导力、工作倦怠等。
主讲校内专业课程：社会心理学、实验心理学、人力资源管理、心理学史、人际关系与心理调适、思政政治教育心理学、社会心理服务专题、发展心理学、教育心理学、心理咨询学、心理咨询技能、积极心理学等。
长期为学校、社工组织、妇联、街道、企业、工会、社会组织等开展压力应对与情绪管理、心理健康、心理沟通技术、家庭婚姻心理、幸福感、自我心理调试、手机成瘾干预等社会心理服务。
